1. Scope

This policy applies to all BatGraf Home Energy Storage Systems (HESS) and related accessories purchased directly from BatGraf Inc. LLC or authorized resellers/installers.
By purchasing or using a BatGraf system, you agree to the following terms.

 

2. Returns & Refunds (Non-Defective Products)

You may return an unused, undamaged product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

    • Return Authorization: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Support team before shipping any item back.
    • Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation, and show no signs of installation or use.
    • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee after inspection.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
    • Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
    • Rejection: BatGraf reserves the right to refuse returns that are incomplete, damaged, or show evidence of use.

3. Warranty & Defective Product Returns

If your system appears defective:

 

    1. Contact BatGraf Support for remote troubleshooting.
    2. If not resolved, you will receive an RMA for repair, replacement, or refund (depending on findings).
    3. Follow the provided packaging and return instructions.
    4. Unauthorized returns without RMA will be rejected.

4. Limited Warranty: Home Energy Storage System

 

Coverage Terms
Warranty Duration 15 years from installation or 10,000 full charge cycles (whichever comes first).
Performance Guarantee ≥ 80% of original energy capacity under normal use during the warranty period.
Coverage Includes Defects in materials, workmanship, or design under normal residential use.
Exclusions Damage from improper installation, abuse, fire, flooding, power surges, or modification.
Remedy At BatGraf’s discretion: repair, replace, or partially refund if repair/replacement is impractical.
Transferability Warranty transferable to new owner within 30 days of property transfer (with notice).

 

 

5. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

    • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal degradation of capacity beyond stated limits.
    • Damage caused by third-party products, improper wiring, or environmental exposure.
    • Misuse, neglect, or operation outside BatGraf’s specifications.
    • Products not installed by certified professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

BatGraf’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost energy savings or data.

7. Return Process Summary

    1. Submit a Request: Email support@batgraf.com with your product serial number and proof of purchase.
    2. Receive RMA: Our team will issue an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
    3. Ship Product: Pack securely, using original materials where possible.
    4. Inspection & Resolution: Our engineers inspect and respond within 10 business days of receipt.

8. Compliance

BatGraf products comply with ISO 9001 and IEC safety standards for home energy storage. Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant you additional rights beyond this policy.
