Return Policy for our Batteries

  1. Defective or Damaged Batteries:

Upon receipt, please inspect and document the packaging exterior and the product for shipping and damage and report back with the pictures above for quick returns or exchanges for defective or damaged batteries. We take back faulty batteries that do not perform as intended or have manufacturing defects.

  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Batteries:

If you receive a dead or non-functional battery upon arrival, it is eligible for return or replacement.

  • Warranty Period:

Our Warranty is good for ten years. If your battery fails within the specified warranty period due to manufacturing defects or premature wear, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Return Conditions:

Batteries are often considered hazardous materials, so that specific conditions may exist for their return. This can include proper packaging, handling, and shipping procedures to comply with safety regulations.

  • Proof of Purchase:

Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when returning batteries. This helps verify that the batteries were purchased from us.

  • Return Period:

We offer a 6-week return window during which you can return batteries.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the batteries arrive damaged or defective.
